Transcribe
From now on, every recorded video will be automatically transcribed (Powered by Google Cloud Speech). This will save you hours of your precious time and make your sessions even more valuable.
We combined transcriptions with a whole bunch of other useful features. Transcriptions aren’t just simple logs of text – you can also click at any point in the transcription to jump directly to that point of the video. Perfect for re-living those interview highlights or sharing with your team!
Transcription quality can vary based on microphone quality and accents. To make the re-listening experience as smooth as possible (and save yourself editing time), you can edit transcriptions with a simple click.
Highlight
When you’re running a interview, there are always specific moments that are worth remembering. To easily relive these important moments, you can mark them as highlights: we’ll place a little marker in the recorded video timeline so you can jump back to them later on.
Realtime interface
We improved PingPong’s in-app UX by building in real-time updates. Now you can get updates immediately as people attempt your screening questions and book interview slots.
Remote research email course
We released our email course on conducting moderated remote research. It provides you with tons of hands on tips and tricks for running smooth remote research sessions.
